New documents show the extent to which Mike Florio, the former consumer attorney now serving on the California Public Utilities Commission, has been co-opted by the regulatory agency's corrupt culture. We already knew about his infamous email to a utility company executive in which he marveled that it was "amazing how I've become an apologist for PG&E in just three short years, isn't it."
