Pizza Express, which has two restaurants in Nottingham and one in West Bridgford, is celebrating the launch of its posh Hawaiian pizza by immortalising celebrities born on the paradise island in ham and pineapple. The chain worked with top food artist Prudence Staite, who crafted each pizza by hand using only the ingredients found in the Hawaiian.
