Biz Journals: The White House says President Barack Obama on Friday quadrupled the size of the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument off the coast of Hawaii, creating a marine-protected area thats twice the size of Texas but going against the wishes of at least part of Hawaiis fishing and restaurant industries.
