An Ebola outbreak is highly unlikely to occur in the United States, top Obama administration officials told worried Americans Friday. "Our healthcare infrastructure in the United States is well-equipped to stop Ebola in its tracks," said Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of infectious diseases at the National Institutes of Health.
