Potato farmer, businessman and philanthropist Ron Offutt of Fargo is being inducted into the North Dakota Agriculture Hall of Fame. KOVC radio reports that Offutt will join the hall along with John Bollingberg of Bremen, who has worked in the state's agriculture industry for more than six decades.
