In Ohio tornado shelters are getting a lot of attention. The Ohio Emergency Management Agency has announced a second tornado shelter reimbursement program for FEMA 320 and FEMA 361 exceeding safe rooms and shelters. The program will reimburse up to 75% of a tornado shelter to approved Ohio residence.
