A toxic fire an Ohio recycling plant needed half of the city's fire crews to get under control and forced residents to stay inside to avoid breathing in the smoke. The fire at Columbus Pallet Recycling Friday afternoon quickly raged out of control, fueled by wood pellets and toxic plastic at the 20,000 square foot facility, WBNS reported .
