Oi creditors approve judicial reorganisation plan at meeting

(Telecompaper) The shareholders of Brazilian operator Oi and its subsidiaries at the General Creditors Meeting approved the Judicial Reorganisation Plan, including negotiated changes. The plan will be submitted for approval to the seventh Corporate Court of the District of the Capital of Rio de Janeiro.
