Oil Set for 1st Weekly Drop in a Month as Drillers Signal Boost

Futures were little changed in London following Thursday's 3.3 percent drop. EOG Resources Inc. said Tuesday it plans to increase drilling as soon as prices stabilize at about $65 a barrel, while other shale-oil companies lifted their production outlook.
