Oil companies make another major Gulf discovery

Chevron Corp. , along with other energy companies with a significant Houston presence, announced another major oil discovery in the Gulf of Mexico. It's the second major Gulf discovery in less than a year for California-based Chevron and Venari Resources LLC, which is based in Dallas and Houston.
