LA HABRA HEIGHTS >> A political action committee representing statewide oil companies has given $200,000 to fight an anti-oil initiative that will be on the March 3 ballot in this community of less than 4,000 voters. Measure A would ban the drilling of any new oil and gas wells, the reactivation of old wells and certain treatments to enhance oil or gas drilling.
