Oil dives to recession-level lows

Oil tumbled another 6% on Monday to $37.50 a barrel, its lowest level since February 2009, when the U.S. was in the midst of the Great Recession. A massive supply glut has wiped out two-thirds of oil's value since it peaked at nearly $108 a barrel in June 2014.
