Suited for use with laser combiners, cellTIRF-1L features motorized Total Internal Reflection angle control. Illuminator can also be used with 3rd party lasers and enables multi-fluorescence samples to be sequentially imaged at same penetration depth. Control is managed by software integration or via Olympus Real-Time Controller for accurate live cell imaging.
