Midland, Va. – Recently, MEB General Contractors engaged Smith-Midland to install the tallest Easi-Span® precast concrete building the company has ever produced. This structure was commissioned for the Proctors Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, one of the largest facilities in Virginia, handling 27 million gallons of wastewater per day before it is returned to the James River.<br />
