(Telecompaper) Opera Software announced the integration of WebRTC in its Android mobile web broswer, allowing use of applications such as video chat directly from the browser. With the Opera 20 browser, users can go to sites such as appear.in to get an address for a video conference, share it with contacts and start the call. No special app is needed, and up to eight people can chat from their Android phones or computers, at the same time. In addition to the WebRTC feature, the latest version of the Opera broswer for Android includes a refresh of the Speed Dial design, more options for setting up the browser navigation bars to suit phones or tablets and improvements to the combined search and address bar. The browser is available free on Google Play.
