WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Operation Lifesaver, Inc. Board of Directors has elected members and officers for the two-year term that begins January 1, 2016. William 'Bill' Barringer, railroad consultant and former director of grade crossing safety at Norfolk Southern Corporation, was re-elected chairman of the board.
