Compatible with select photoplotters, Nano AF-100 enables delivery of 1.3 µm spot size, resolution up to 101,600 ppi, and minimum feature sizes down to 4 µm. High-speed autofocus capabilities result in feature accuracy to within 1 µm, even on large format (1,200 x 1,600 mm) films. Using laser beam array and high-speed Acoustical Optical Modulator and AutoFocus systems, unit automatically and independently controls intensity, focal point, and alignment of each beam at speed and on the fly.
