For the worlds leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, we are currently recruiting an Opto Mechanical Team Leader. In this role you will be responsible for one or more developments or issues and forthe Architecture of the Opto Mechanical part of Imaging and Mechatronic functions. Those should be reliable, stable, safe, contamination free, cost effective and easy to manufacture and service.You will lead a team of Opto Mechanical Imaging expertsin project setting. You will continuously improve quality of Opto Mechanical Imaging architecture. As a team leader you will report to the group leader and you will work in multidisciplinary projects. You will take lead in running developments or issues You will create and execute plans. Clear communication of status and results is very important in this On a daily basis you will coach and manage the Opto Mechanical Imaging experts You will develop Opto Mechanical Imaging competences You will do the module integration in sub systems from OEM partners codevelopers. Education and experience Technical University, masters or PhD in mechanical engineering At least 10 years of relevant working experience Experience in leading project teams in a complex technical environment Knowledge of precision engineering, adhesion technology, static load design and high precision alignment Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills Ability to work in an international multicultural setting Ability to provide technical direction, motivate and convince a team of professionals Good communicational skills and good knowledge of English.
