Oracle Co. (ORCL) Upgraded to "Hold" by Zacks Investment Research

According to Zacks, "Oracle posted mixed second quarter fiscal 2016 results wherein earnings of $0.59 beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by $0.02 but revenues of $8.99 billion missed the same. The company's continuing transition from licensing, where revenues are recognized upfront, to a cloud subscription model where it is realized over the years, will hurt its top line in the near term.
