(Telecompaper) Orange and Google have signed a partnership to increase access to mobile internet services across Africa and the Middle East. The offer launching in the second quarter will consist of the new Orange Rise 31 Special Edition 3G smartphone with the native set of Google services and the partnership will develop local services and fashion, sport and music content. The 4-in phone will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and will feature a quad-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of ROM, a 3 megapixel camera with LED flash and a 1500 mAH battery.
