Serving as order consolidation and packing method, Dematic Put Wall System is scalable and modular, accommodating changing requirements of order processing environment. Typical system has multiple workstations and uses conveyor to deliver containers of preselected SKUs into Put Wall module. Workstations are made up of shelving with individual compartments that hold one customer order each. Completely paperless, entire process is managed in real-time within Dematic Order Fulfillment software.
