The owner of a Yucca Valley consignment car dealership was arrested Monday, accused of embezzling money from his customers. According to Sheriff's Detective Corey Emon, several customers complained that they consigned vehicles to, or bought vehicles from, Dale Armstrong, of Armstrong Auto Sales, and never received either the money from the sale or the title to the vehicle.
