Designed for 1.5–5.5 V operation, SiP32458 and SiP32459 slew-rate-controlled p-channel high-side load switches feature integrated gate pump, 4.2 µA quiescent current, and controlled slow turn-on slew rate of 3 msec typ at 4.5 V. Products come in 6-bump wafer-level CSP package with 1 x 1.5 mm footprint and 0.5 mm pitch, support 3 A continuous current, and provide switch on-resistance of 30 mΩ typ at 1.5 V, 26 mΩ typ at 1.8 V, and 20 mΩ typ at 3.3 and 5 V.
