PCCW to launch Viu OTT internet video platform

(Telecompaper) PCCW Media plans to launch its Viu Over-the-top (OTT) video service. The internet video platform will debut on 26 October. The Viu OTT video service will initially be available in Hong Kong, to be gradually expanded across Asia including India, and the Middle East.
