PD: Men Arrested in Darien Phone Ordering Scheme

Darien Police responded to a Stanley Road residence on Nov. 30 around 3 p.m. after a caller said a suspicious man knocked at her door and looked around the property. She described him as a shorter black male with dreadlocks who was wearing a blue sweater.
