PM Realty Group has revealed plans for Republic Square , a 35-acre development in the Energy Corridor, the previous location of the ExxonMobil Chemical headquarters. The development, situated between Interstate 10 and Memorial Drive and bordering Terry Hershey Park , will aim to be a pedestrian and-eco-friendly destination, weaving together a mix of restaurants, hotels, meeting spaces and multifamily residential.
