PNCA opens new center for art, design in historic Portland Post Office

Pacific Northwest College of Art said it has opened the new Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Center for Art and Design on its campus on Portland's North Park Blocks. The center is located at Portland's historic Post Office in the heart of the city's creative corridor.
