PPG enters exclusive negotiations to acquire Revocoat

PPG Industries on Friday announced it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Axson Group to acquire Revocoat, a global supplier of sealants, adhesives and damper products from the automotive industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
