PPG sells Illinois-based float-glass plant

PPG Industries Inc. said Friday it was selling a Mt. Zion, Ill., facility that makes float glass, which are high-performance types of glass used in windows and construction, to Fuyao Glass America Inc. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
