Kristen M. HFF announced that it has secured $27 million in financing for Hollywest Promenade, a 120,173-sq.-ft. retail center in the West Hollywood submarket of Los Angeles, Calif. HFF worked on behalf of Shooshani Developers, LLC to secure the loan with Aegon USA Realty Advisors. read more
