Rachel Adams The Community Development Trust (CDT), the countrys largest private real estate investment trust (REIT) which provides capital for the preservation of affordable housing, today announced that it has received a term sheet for $125,000,000 in bonds from the United States Department of the Treasury through its Community Development Financial Institutions Bond Guarantee Program (CDFI Bond Guarantee Program). read more
