Nick Derasmo Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it represented 44 South Broadway Property LLC, an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners, LLC, owner of Westchester One, a 21-story office tower located in downtown White Plains, in three new leases totaling 123,570 square feet. The leasing activity in the building this year represents 45% of the total class-A transactions completed in the White Plains Central Business District in 2013. read more
