Industrial Career Pathway® (ICP) initiative is taking steps to promote awareness of careers available within power transmission/motion control industry. To help, 16 organizations have accepted invitation to fund PTDA Foundation's Vanguard Campaign: contributions of nearly $50,000 kicked off 2013 Fund Drive. By contributing as part of Vanguard Campaign, companies take leading role in driving talented workers to key positions of sales and customer service in industrial distribution.
