PUCO approves upgrade of rail crossings in Lake, Trumbull, Scioto and Summit counties

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today approved construction authorization from the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) directing CSX Transportation (CSX), Norfolk Southern Railway (NS) and Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad (WLE) to make the following upgrades and installations at rail crossings in Lake, Trumbull, Scioto and Summit counties.
