Contaminated soil from excavated underground petroleum storage tank sites is being processed and cleaned at a processing plant in Concord, New Hampshire October 25, 2013 - Oil companies in the US appear to be getting state funds for cleaning up oil leaks while at the same time concealing insurance payouts they received for the same purpose.
