Partner Communications Company Ltd. , a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that during the last week, the Company has engaged in loan agreements, as follows: A loan agreement with a banking institution regarding an immediate loan in the principal amount of NIS 100 million, which will bear unlinked shekel interest at the rate of 2.93% per annum for 8 years, of which the principal will be paid in equal quarterly payments from the fourth until the eighth year.
