Pasco County, Fla., Trashing Old Recycling Program

The Tampa Tribune Beginning in October, Pasco County no longer will accept recyclables in blue bags. County commissioners this week approved the first of what could be several revisions to the county recycling program. Beginning Oct. 1, customers must place their recyclables at the curb in a garbage can of their choice. read more
