Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Train Identified as Union Beach Man

New Jersey Transit has identified the pedestrian killed on Tuesday by the Hazlet train station as a 69-year-old Union Beach man. David Metz has been named as the victim of the accident after his family was notified, pending a NJ Transit police investigation.
