Penalty upheld in congressman's drilling dispute

The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has upheld a $26,000 fine against a company embroiled in a dispute with U.S. Rep. Jared Polis after the congressman complained about drilling activities on property near his weekend retreat.
