Patriot News: The Natural Resources Defense Council, a nonprofit environmental advocacy organization, released a report today outlining at least 62 events that broke extreme weather records for Pennsylvania in 2012. According to the release, these events include: Record-breaking heat in 12 counties with a total of 21 new heat records Record-breaking rainfall in 21 counties with a total of 36 new rainfall records Record-breaking snow in 5 counties with a total of 5 new snow records 5 large wildfires...
