Alcoa , New York, has made several executive management appointments for its new Upstream and Value-Add companies, which are expected to be in place by the second half of 2016. In the Upstream business, current President of Global Primary Products Roy Harvey will become CEO and William Oplinger , chief financial officer, will retain the same duties.
