Pepco shareholders say yes to $6.8 billion Exelon merger

Pepco Holdings Inc. shareholders approved the company's planned $6.8 billion merger with Exelon Corp. at a special shareholders meeting Tuesday. Pepco agreed to be acquired by Chicago-based Exelon in April.
