A long term incentive payout helped lift PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi's 2014 compensation to about $19.1 million in 2014, up nearly 45% from 2013, the beverage and snack food giant says. Nooyi's compensation included an $11.8 million payout - due next month - based on the company's 2012-2014 earnings growth, PepsiCo said Wednesday in its annual proxy.
