Perry Ellis International Announces Election of Directors

Perry Ellis International, Inc. , today reported that, based on a preliminary vote count provided by Perry Ellis' proxy solicitor, all three of Perry Ellis' director nominees - Oscar Feldenkreis, Bruce J. Klatsky and Michael W. Rayden - were elected to Perry Ellis' Board of Directors at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today. Final voting results are expected to be made publicly available early next week.
