Person of interest in real estate agent's death in custody for unrelated case

A person of interest in the suspicious death of a Roswell man is now in custody, according to the Roswell Police Department. Justin Tyler Mendenhall, 27, of Roswell, was taken into custody around 10:45 a.m. Sunday on a warrant unrelated to the case.
