Apex®2, with Bluetooth® 4.0 connectivity, enables occupational hygiene professionals to remotely monitor multiple employees up to 75 ft away via Android® smartphone/tablet running Airwave™ app. Used for sampling air of employee's breathing zone for particles such as lead, dust, and asbestos or VOCs and other airborne contaminants, pump stores up to 200 separate runs in on-board memory. Included motion sensor records movement to confirm pump was not stationary when it should have been worn.
