PharmAthene shares spike on court victory in SIGA fight

Shares of PharmAthene Inc. climbed nearly 40 percent on Monday morning following a court victory in the Annapolis-based biodefense company's longstanding dispute with SIGA Technologies Inc. The dispute surrounds lost profits from Tecovirimat, Siga's smallpox antiviral.
