Philippines - SRA allows sugar conversion for ethanol

Sugar Regulatory Administrator (SRA) Regina Bautista Martin said the SRA sugar allocations for crop year 2013/14 (Sep/Aug) will allow the conversion of world market sugar (so-called "D sugar") for ethanol production ("F sugar") for the first time.
