With qTeach procedure initiated by touching housing using any ferromagnetic tool such as screwdriver, O500 Series Photoelectric Sensors feature no mechanical buttons or moving parts that can wear out. Blue LED on sensor provides clear optical feedback during teach procedure, blinking to indicate when user has activated teach mode and when teach function has been completed. To prevent inadvertent reprogramming in field, qTeach automatically locks out after 5 minutes of operation.
