Supporting 100 cycles/min, 8 kg IRB 360 FlexPicker features redesigned carbon fiber arm-set and delta plate designed to handle large weights and inertias. For specific applications, such as picking and placing flow wrapped products into cartons, 8 kg version can handle up to 500 products/min. Additional applications include picking and placing of unwrapped food products and pharmaceuticals into primary wrappers; loading meat into trays; and kitting of personal care products into blister packs.
